Tangerang, March 24th, 2023 – The Voice of UBM (The VOU) student activity unit at the Serpong campus held an online singing competition with two categories: solo vocals and band groups. The theme chosen for the competition was “VOUSTARS 2023: Back to Old Times, Where Happiness Lives in Memories”, with the aim of allowing participants to explore the world of 90s music and develop their talent in music while expressing their joy and euphoria through their creations.
The VOUSTARS event culminated on March 24th, 2023, with a zoom meeting that featured a performance by The VOU student activity unit, showcasing the work of the participants and announcing the winners of each category.
The band category was won by Hokband (1st place) and SMA Dharma Putra (2nd place), while the solo vocal category was won by Elzishilla A. Y. (1st place), Cathrina Rachel (2nd place), and Yehezkiel Agustinus Mauliku (3rd place).
