LECTURERS SEMILOKA “MEDIATION AND MODERATION VARIABLES IN SOCIAL SCIENCE RESEARCH”

On Wednesday 8 November 2023, the Lecturer Workshop activity with the topic “Mediation and Moderation Variables in Social Science Research” took place smoothly, the speaker in this activity was Rahkman Ardi, M.Psych. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Airlangga.

This activity itself was attended by 11 lecturers from the Hospitality and Tourism Study Programme of Bunda Mulia University. This seminar provides benefits for participants including:

1. Introducing the basic concepts of mediation variables and moderation variables
2. Provide statistical analysis skills needed to identify and test mediating variables and moderating variables in research.
3. As a self-development training for lecturers, especially Hospar lecturers of Bunda Mulia University.
