Company Visit to Alfagift
“Innovative Marketing in Digital Retail: Insights from Alfagift’s Marketing Strategy”

The Digital Business Student Association (EXODUS) of Universitas Bunda Mulia successfully conducted a Company Visit to Alfagift on Wednesday, 6 November 2024, at Alfa Tower, Alam Sutera, Tangerang. The event was attended by 25 Digital Business students from the Ancol Campus.
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to learn directly about Alfagift’s digital marketing strategies. Alfagift, a brand under PT Global Loyalty Indonesia, shared insights into its innovative approaches to enhance customer loyalty and remain competitive in the increasingly dynamic retail industry.
The event began at 2:00 PM with a presentation on the company profile delivered by the Alfagift team, led by Ms. Deny Dwi Retnawati, Consumer Marketing Manager of Alfagift. Following the presentation, the students participated in an office tour to observe the company’s operations up close, which was then followed by an engaging Q&A session.
During the session, various intriguing topics were discussed, including the use of digital technology in consumer data analysis and innovative marketing strategies tailored to meet customer needs in the digital era. The visit concluded with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation (TOA) and a group photo session.
This activity provided students with fresh insights into how the theories of digital marketing studied in class are applied in the real working environment. Moreover, it offered an excellent opportunity for them to build professional networks that could be beneficial for their future careers.
We hope this activity continues to inspire Digital Business students to explore the industrial world further and prepare themselves to face future workplace challenges.
