This progress highlights the need for professionals with a deep understanding of tourism and strong technological skills.
Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) responds to this demand by offering a Tourism Study Program, which was established on September 5, 2013. This program provides an integrated learning plan focused on applying and advancing knowledge and skills in tourism, such as in the planning, production, and management of accommodation, culinary, and other hospitality services.

The Hospitality and Tourism program at Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) has received dual accreditation, earning both the “Akreditasi Unggul” from BAN-PT and “Fully Accredited” status in international accreditation.
Students are directly taught by lecturers with Master’s and Doctoral degrees, who have diverse expertise and experience in the tourism industry.
The Hospitality and Tourism Study Program is equipped with various learning facilities designed to support students’ practical learning, ensuring that every graduate is well-prepared for real-world work situations.
Concentration programs are chosen during the 3rd semester of the undergraduate program in Hospitality and Tourism at UBM.
Students learn how to manage accommodation properties with high standards to ensure efficient operations.
Students study culinary arts techniques and keep up with the latest trends in the culinary world, enabling them to create visually appealing products that meet high taste standards.
Students learn the planning process for travel, recreational activities, and entertainment, including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

The Student Association of the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program serves as a platform for students to develop organizational skills while honing their leadership abilities.
Various activities organized by the Hospitality and Tourism Student Association at UBM include national and international seminars, industry visits, competitions, and much more.
