Interactive Design is an interdisciplinary field that combines Visual Communication Design and applied sciences such as Animation and other Media Design disciplines to support the development of Immersive Technology and the Metaverse. The field of Interactive Design encompasses areas such as web, mobile, augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), and virtual reality (VR).
One tangible product resulting from this discipline is the games you can play on your devices daily. Furthermore, the interfaces you encounter in various smartphone applications are also forms of interactive design products. With the advancement of virtual technology, the demand for professionals who understand the principles of interactive design has significantly increased.
