At Universitas Bunda Mulia, the Distance Learning Program in Management is a cohesive study plan that examines, applies, and develops management science, which focuses on the processes through which organizational goals are achieved by effectively integrating human activities.

Universitas Bunda Mulia has received the highest accreditation rating, namely “UNGGUL” Accreditation from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT). This is stated in Decree Number 268/SK/BAN-PT/Ak/PT/III/2024, dated March 19, 2024.
The BMLDL Management program is designed to accommodate students who work while pursuing higher education (online learning). The course structure is also tailored to the dynamic needs of the industry, ensuring that every graduate is well-prepared to enter the workforce.
UBM is under the umbrella of Alfa Group, a renowned retail company in Indonesia. Therefore, students will study management science with a retail focus through courses such as Retail Business Art and Store Operation & Location.
The concentration for this study program is chosen by students in the 6th semester of the Bachelor’s Degree in Management at UBM.
Students learn how to market content-based businesses through various creative conventional and digital strategies, as well as conduct effective evaluations.
Students learn to analyze a company’s financial condition to build a strong financial foundation. Additionally, they learn to make investment and portfolio decisions based on careful and accurate analysis.
Students learn to manage and integrate workforce diversity and digital technology to shape organizational behavior. They also learn to develop and train human resources as one of the company’s assets.
Students learn to design competitive business strategies, both conventional and digital, based on internal and external analysis of the company, in order to create innovation as a sustainable competitive advantage.
Students learn to design, manage, and evaluate a company’s retail management, from location selection and procurement to implementing technological advancements in the retail industry.
