Interestingly, this field touches on various aspects within a company, including business strategy planning, human capital, financial management, marketing, and retail. Due to its broad reach, this knowledge is essential in every industry.
At Universitas Bunda Mulia, the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Management has been established since April 4, 1990, in accordance with the Higher Education Operational Permit No. 5139/D/T/K-III/2011. Through a curriculum designed to meet industry needs, this program studies, applies, and develops management science.

The Management program at UBM has been accredited as UNGGUL by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and is fully accredited by an international accrediting body.
UBM is under the auspices of Alfa Group, a renowned retail company in Indonesia. Therefore, students will study management with a retail focus through courses such as Retail Business Art and Store Operation & Location.
Offering five intriguing specializations, the courses are tailored to meet the latest industry demands: Financial & Investment Management, Human Capital Management, Creative Marketing, Business Strategy & Innovation, and Retail Management & Technology.
Specializations program are chosen in the 5th semester of the S1 Management program at UBM.
Students learn to analyze a company’s financial condition to build a strong financial foundation. Additionally, they study how to make investment and portfolio decisions based on careful and accurate analysis.
Students learn to manage and integrate the diversity of human resources and digital technology to shape organizational behavior. They also study how to develop and train human resources as one of the company’s assets.
Students learn how to market businesses based on creative content through various innovative conventional and digital strategies, as well as how to conduct effective evaluations.
Students learn to design competitive strategies for both conventional and digital businesses based on internal and external analyses, allowing them to create innovations that serve as sustainable competitive advantages for the company.
Students learn to design, manage, and evaluate retail management for companies, covering aspects from location selection and procurement to implementing technological advancements in the retail industry.
