Hospitality & Tourism Successfully Organizes the 2024 Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM)
Bogor, November 10, 2024 – The Hospitality & Tourism Student Association (HMP) of Universitas Bunda Mulia successfully held the Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) from Saturday, November 9, 2024, to Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Batoo Farm Adventure, Bogor, West Java. This event aimed to enhance students’ leadership competencies while fostering teamwork and solidarity within the organization.
The LDKM program featured sessions led by Sir Dewanta Facrureza, S.ST.Par., MM.Par., and Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par., who serve as faculty advisors for HMP. Through relevant materials, the speakers provided insights into the importance of leadership in personal development and its role in contributing to the fields of hospitality and tourism.
The first day of the event focused on team-building activities designed to strengthen collaboration and improve effective communication among participants. The second day concluded with tracking and tubing activities in the surrounding natural environment, aimed at boosting courage, teamwork, and physical endurance.
With the successful execution of this LDKM, HMP Hospitality & Tourism hopes that participating students will apply the leadership values they have learned to drive positive change both within and beyond the campus community
