Students from the Information Systems program at Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) have once again showcased their excellence in the X-Project 2024: UI/UX Competition organized by Universitas Negeri Surabaya. With the theme “The Role of Gen Z in Developing Marketing Strategies and the Local Economy in the 5.0 Era through Efficient Business Models,” the competition provided a platform for students to refine their creativity and innovation in technology-based solutions.
UBM sent three top teams—BeeBudgeters, OtwSby, and Brandorsement—all of which successfully advanced to the semifinals. Under the guidance of lecturer Bhustomy Hakim, S.Kom., M.Eng., the students presented creative solutions that integrated UI/UX design with business strategies.
Although they did not make it to the finals, this achievement demonstrates the competence of UBM students in national-level competition. Their participation also reflects the commitment of the Information Systems program at UBM to support the development of students’ potential in technology and business.
