On Tuesday, October 24 2023, a soft skills seminar was held well and enthusiastically by the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program in collaboration with the Alumni and Career Center by bringing in practitioners from the Regent Hotel Hong Kong, namely the Director of Human Resources Katy Fok and the Director of Quality & Learning , Regent Hotel Mandy Wong, to help sharpen students’ knowledge of the world of careers, especially in the Hospitality sector as well as provide an understanding of the challenges in the internship process and prepare themselves for this.
In carrying out the internship process, reliable and creative experts in the field of tourism are needed. This can be honed in on-campus learning activities as well as off-campus activities such as internships/interships which create a platform to empower students to be more empowered in their skills and knowledge in the field of Hospitality, both in national and international arena.
