On August 13, 2021, the Hospitality and Tourism Lecturer Team participated in a seminar at LSP Quality Wisata with the theme “Maintained Customer Satisfaction Level”. This seminar was attended by 3 lecturers and 2 assistant lecturers, namely:

– Yudhiet Fajar D, S.Pd., M.Par.
– Vishnuvardhana S.B.A., M.A
– Prayogo Susanto, S. Par.
– Dessy Natalia, S. Par.
With this activity, it is hoped that it will increase the knowledge of the lecturers regarding the science of Maintained Customer Satisfaction Level and their knowledge can also be shared with students at Bunda Mulia University.
