On December 23, 2022, one of the Hospitality and Tourism lecturers has carried out a professional certification in the field of Pastry which was carried out by the Hotel and Professional Professional Institute. This event was carried out onsite but still following health protocol procedures, and located at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel Jakarta.
The activity has a 3-stage process, namely: a written test, an interview test, and a practical test for making a processed market snack. This activity was welcomed by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Province Disparekraf Tourism, namely Mr. Andhika Permata, then the written test session was continued and so on. This activity was attended by participants from several five-star hotels such as Hotel Indonesia, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, etc.
The event ended with a direct announcement of whether or not there was a complaint.
