On April 27 – 28 2024, at Mercure, Jakarta, RCC (Recognition Current Competencies) activities were carried out which were organized by the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Professional Certification Institute (LSP HR) which was directly supervised and supervised by the Indonesian National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). This activity includes activities where the candidates or often also referred to as assessors or participants must already be assessors and have carried out competency tests at least six times over three years and have a license as competency assessors.
Bunda Mulia University had the opportunity to include one of its lecturers who had six years of experience as a competency assessor in the hospitality sector, namely Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par. On this occasion, Sir Yudhiet Fajar took part in a series of events in this RCC activity where he received training, education and exams in order to be able to extend the competency assessor’s license. Accompanied by Mrs. Sri Suryani as one of the Master Assessors and Chair of LSP Pramindo and LSP Tourism.
He provides comprehensive and in-depth guidance from reviewing material as a competency assessor and providing up-to-date information on certification developments in the world and in Indonesia. He said that ASK cannot be separated from the ongoing Competency Test. He explained that A is attitude, S is skills, and K is knowledge. With these three elements, they can be used as an assessment where the results will only fall into two categories, namely competent or not yet competent.
