The Digital Business Student Association (EXODUS) of Universitas Bunda Mulia successfully hosted a Public Lecture with the theme “Building Resilience in Financial Services through AI-Driven Project Management” on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at The UBM Premiere Classroom, 2nd Floor, Ancol Campus. The event was attended by 58 students from the Digital Business Study Program at the Ancol Campus.

During the lecture, participants had the opportunity to directly learn about digital marketing strategies from PT Tunas Mandiri Finance, a subsidiary of one of Indonesia’s largest state-owned banks, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). The public lecture aimed to provide insights into the rapid advancement of digital technology in handling personal information, emphasizing the potential for misuse if not managed wisely.

The event began at 9:00 AM with an opening speech by Mrs. Devy Yurisca Bernanda, S.Kom., M.M.S.I., the Head of the Digital Business Program. This was followed by a presentation by the team from PT Tunas Mandiri Finance, led by Mr. William Francis Indra, Director of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. An interactive Q&A session ensued, diving into topics such as the use of digital technology for consumer data analysis and the rapid evolution of digital technology in meeting customer needs in the digital era.

The event concluded with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation (TOA) and a group photo session for documentation purposes.

Through this event, students gained valuable insights into how digital advancements studied in the classroom are applied in the professional world. Additionally, they had the chance to build professional networks that could benefit them in the future.

We hope this activity continues to inspire Digital Business students to further explore the world of digitalization and prepare themselves to face future career challenges.
