Sentul, Bogor – Universitas Bunda Mulia, in collaboration with PT. Pandjava Kencana Utama, successfully conducted the “Cooking Method & Standard Recipe” training from January 11 to 18, 2025, at Darmawan Park, Sentul, Bogor. This program aimed to enhance employees’ competencies in food processing and SOP preparation according to the catering industry standards.
A total of 15 participants enthusiastically joined the training, receiving guidance from experienced trainer Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par. The participants underwent two days of training in shifts, followed by an assessment on the third day to evaluate their skills in implementing cooking methods and developing effective standard recipes.
This training provided significant benefits, including improved understanding of food safety standards, the development of more optimal SOPs, and increased employee motivation and productivity. The program also strengthened the collaboration between Universitas Bunda Mulia and PT. Pandjava Kencana Utama in developing human resources for the halal catering industry.
Despite some challenges, such as time constraints and adapting to new SOPs, the trainers successfully addressed these issues through optimized materials and interactive Q&A sessions to ensure better comprehension.
With the success of this event, it is hoped that further training sessions can be conducted to deepen participants’ skills and support PT. Pandjava Kencana Utama’s competitiveness in the catering industry.
This initiative is a tangible contribution by Universitas Bunda Mulia in supporting industry development and community service.
