On Friday, November 19, 2021, the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University and the Bunda Mulia Tourism Academy Hospitality held a Culinary Webinar activity “Special Ritual Gastronomy in Javanese Indigenous Culture” with Mrs. Dr. Saptarining Wulan, MM. a lecturer from STP Trisakti who is also a member of AGASI (Academy of Gastronomy Indonesia) and Mr. Ampri Bayu Saputro, S.Sn. a gastronomic observer. This Culinary Webinar is held for Semester 3 and 5 students specializing in Food and Beverage at Bunda Mulia University and Semester 1 Hospitality at Bunda Mulia Tourism Academy which aims to provide insight into Gastronomy which is not only related to food but also has cultural elements and identifies cultural elements.
