On Monday, March 3, 2025, the Management Study Program Student Association, Excellent Community of Management (XCM), held a tutoring session for second, fourth, and sixth-semester students to help them prepare for the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) of the Even Semester for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. There were three subjects covered in this tutoring session: MNB08 – Microeconomics for second-semester students, MNC45 – Corporate Budgeting for fourth-semester students, and AKZ11 – Taxation for sixth-semester students.
The Microeconomics tutoring session was held over two days, on March 3 and 4, from 13:30 – 16:00 WIB and 11:30 – 14:00 WIB, respectively. The sessions took place onsite in rooms R605 and R608 of the Alfa Tower Building, with Ellen Sandria (12230096), a fourth-semester UBM student, as the instructor. A total of 66 students participated, with 35 students attending on Monday and 31 students attending on Tuesday. The tutoring session began with a discussion of the material prepared by the instructor. Throughout the session, the instructor actively interacted with the students. There was also a session where the instructor allowed students to come forward and solve problems.
The Corporate Budgeting tutoring session was held on March 3 from 09:30 – 12:00 WIB and 13:00 – 15:30 WIB, conducted onsite in room R302 of the Alfa Tower Building, with Ms. Lilis Susilawaty, S.E., M.M., a permanent lecturer at UBM, as the instructor. A total of 64 students participated, with 36 students attending the first session and 28 students attending the second session. The tutoring session began with a discussion of the material prepared by the instructor. During the class, the instructor actively interacted with the students. There was also a session where the instructor allowed students to come forward and solve problems.
The Taxation tutoring session was held on March 4, 2025, from 17:45 – 20:15 WIB, onsite in room R608 of the Alfa Tower Building, with Sheren Josephine (12220254), a sixth-semester UBM student, as the instructor. A total of 22 students participated. The session began with the instructor presenting the prepared material. The instructor also actively asked students about topics or exercises they had difficulty understanding and provided further explanations until they fully grasped the concepts.
Overall, the tutoring sessions ran smoothly due to the enthusiasm of all participants. Hopefully, this initiative will yield satisfying results for the students as they prepare for the Mid-Semester Exams of the Even Semester for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
