On Friday, May 3, 2024, the Community Service (Abdimas) activity of the Bunda Mulia University Hospitality and Tourism Study Program with the theme “Cooking Class at Marie Joseph High School, North Jakarta” took place smoothly, where the resource person at the activity was Ika Suryono Djunaid, S.ST.Par., MM.Par, Lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism at Bunda Mulia University. The purpose of this activity is the first, namely increasing the knowledge of students and students of SMA Marie Joseph, North Jakarta in the culinary field and arousing a sense of desire for culinary entrepreneurship for students and students of SMA Marie Joseph, North Jakarta.
In general, the implementation of Community Service Activities (Abdimas). this went well which was marked by the enthusiasm of the participants in the practicum, the activeness of the participants to ask questions. Participants were able to follow the activities and understand the material presented. The level of understanding of the participants also increased by being able to make Chicken Cordon Bleu products properly.
