On October 26, 2024, the Hotel Front Liner Association will hold the Reception of the Year 2024 competition, a prestigious event designed specifically for front liners from various hotels in Jakarta. This competition aims to improve service standards in the hospitality industry, with a focus on receptionist skills that play a crucial role as the first impression received by guests when visiting. In an effort to advance the quality of service and professionalism in this sector, the committee invited Mr. Imam Ardiansyah, a Lecturer in the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program, to participate as a Judge in this competition. His presence represents the academic sector and is an acknowledgment of his experience and expertise in the academic field, which is expected to provide an educational perspective in the assessment of this competition.
