Community Service “Implementation of Business Canvas Model in Increasing Competitive Advantage” SMA Dharma Putra
On Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, Management Study Program held a Community Service activity with the theme “Implementation of Business Canvas Model in Increasing Competitive Advantage”. This event was organized by the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia which was held at R504 UBM Serpong Campus. The number of participants who attended this event was 23 students from SMA Dharma Putra.
This event was greeted enthusiastically by all participants who took part in the event. The event was held at 09.30-10.30 am. Furthermore, this Community Service event was presented by speaker, Ms. Dr. Ika Pratiwi Simbolon, S.E., M.M. as a lecturer in the Management Study Program, Serpong Campus and Arcella Audy Christian who is a student in the Management Study Program, Serpong Campus.
The material presented in this event was about the strategies needed in business planning. The purpose of a mature business plan is that students can set the best strategy in achieving optimal profit because it produces highly competitive products.
After completing the material presentation session, the event continued with a question and answer session asked to the speaker. Hopefully, with the implementation of this event, it is hoped that participants can increase their knowledge and practical insight related to strategies in preparing business plans.
