The Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University Community Service Activities (Abdimas) date: 09 September 2022 – 02 December 2022, with the theme “Increasing Insights About the Hospitality Industry Through Knowledge of the World of Food & Beverage Products” At Yakobus High School, Jakarta took place smoothly, where who became speakers at this activity were Pak Prayogo Susanto, S.Par., M.Par., Sir Antonius Rizki Krisnadi, SST.Par. MM.Par., and Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par, Hospitality and Tourism Lecturer at Bunda Mulia University and Student Praditio Hanif Putra, Felda Cornella Austin Chow, Angela Graziela, Dharma Kurnia Octavella, Charvellia Jiuvanka. The purpose of this activity is the first, namely to provide food-making training in the food sector to carry out entrepreneurial activities at Yakobus High School. This activity itself was attended by 23 students who were following the food processing extracurricular which was held 8 (eight) meetings on site in the laboratory room. Food processing. This activity uses demonstration and simulation methods due to the practice of making food such as contemporary food such as salmon mentai rice bowl, rice bowl beef yakiniku and teriyaki, spaghetti carbora, French Toast, Crepes suzettes, pancakes. In general, the implementation of Community Service Activities (Abdimas) was well marked by the activeness of the participants in asking questions. Participants are able to follow the activity and understand the material presented. The level of understanding of the participants also increased.
