Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus on May 27 2024, through the Hospitality and Tourism department, has carried out Community Service (PKM) activities with the theme “Hospitality and Tourism Training Towards Quality Services at SMK Markus Tangerang”. This event went well with high enthusiasm and participation from the participants starting with the delivery of welcoming remarks from representatives of the Setu Babangan management and PKM chairman Mrs. Roozana Maria Ritonga, BBA., M.Par. After all the material was presented, a question and answer session was held to provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions and expand their knowledge about tourism. Then, the event continued with an Appetizer Demo conducted by Priscilla Angel Linanto, an active 6th semester student from Bunda Mulia University, by making an appetizer food in the form of fried dumplings, guided by Mrs. Feronika Berutu S.ST.Par., M.Par. Then continued with a Mixing Drink Demo conducted by Kesya Valentin Effendi, as an active 6th semester student from Bunda Mulia University, by making iced kuwut drinks, guided by Mrs. Veronica, S.E., M.Par.. This PKM activity has provided valuable insight and experience for participants and hopefully everything conveyed can be applied in daily operational activities. David, Viery and Natasya as active students from Bunda Mulia University also participated in the documentation session, recap and lecturer assistants in the presentation.
